Dispatch Times

We usually dispatch twice per week, on a Tuesday and Friday. Please note that up!grade haus is a small business; we do not have couriers collecting orders on a daily basis, instead we have to take all orders to the local sorting office for dispatch. We will endeavour to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, but at times we may be awaiting a restock of items which may delay the dispatch time of your order. In this event, if the restock means your order will miss more than one dispatch slot, we will upgrade your order to Express shipping free of charge. If your order already selected and paid for Express shipping, we will refund your shipping fee. In any of these circumstances we will contact you in advance of dispatch to inform you of this, and advise either the upgrade or refund of your shipping.

Please note: some products are not stocked and are made to order. In this event it is stated on the product description page, and a lead-time to dispatch is stated.
